  • Like many Labour politicians, she hates the UK.   Therefore she doesn't wish to see any organizations seeking to damage UK interests labelled a terrorist organization.   It's reall

@RayC

A real time example, of where I previously tried to advise you that the UK Judiciary will never rule against the UK Government on matters of National Security or matters of Domestic Terrorism.

You, and google, apparently know better 😀😀

And thus the broad brush of "national security" has been applied, much to the detriment of national security.

Not sure how you come to that conclusion.

In days of old, when men were bold and sheep were scared, trespassers on Military property could, and were shot.

People like the Palestine Action Group should go forth and multiply to Palestine, where, no doubt, they will be greeted with love and affection.

The same applies to any other group, who need to spark up outrage buses, for any other cause, that is outside the UK and outside the UK's jurisdiction.

Good on you, if you are happy with £ Billions of your tax money being spunked up a wall, clearing up the devastation that these clowns leave in their wake. I'm not, and I am pretty certain, that millions of other taxpayers feel exactly the same way.

Want to be part of the PAG, Palestine awaits you with open arms.

If you’re not happy you do have the right to protest.

Well, at least for now you do.

Mentalists like you cannot see the difference between protest, and when it spills over into much more than protest.

And attacks on UK Forces Bases,  whether that be by criminal damage, shootings, bombings are acts of Terrorism.

Shove that in your Pally flag and smoke it.

You mean in days of old when my taxes were spent on ensuring the BASIC INTEGRITY of the armed forces bases?

Palestine Action, and other pathetic, keffiyeh-wearing oxygen wasters like them, have benefitted immeasurably from this OTT knee-jerk from an idiot of a Home Secretary. When you ban something, it's exclusivity is enhanced and when it comes to these wing nuts, draws in the more radicalised and extreme.

But it's good to see you're all for toeing the line back home. The thin end of the wedge should never hurt much.

Mine, yours and every other taxpayers money went to fund the Defence Budget.

The basic integrity of Armed Forces Bases, was maintained by Servicemen, Armed where neccessary according to the threat, and would shoot to kill, if it was warranted.

Makes it easier to identify them, revoke visa's and deport them, as and when they show themselves.

Alternatively, the utter mongs could start up their outrage buses and go to Palestine and show their support and solidarity in Palestine, which would be the sensible thing to do.

@Chomper Higgot could lead the convey, although I doubt he could lead a group of kids to McDonalds.

Not sure where you are, but where I am, it is currently 1210 hrs, and I will be shortly having lunch. I am not toeing any line.

If mongs wish to wreck their lives in the UK by supporting a cause that is back all to do with either them, or the UK, who am I to try and discourage them.

Actions have consequences. Something that has increasing vanished in the Uk over the last 30 years or so. So yes, Even though it is a Labour government, I am happy that they are cracking down it.

So you can't disagree with Government anymore?

But they are not protesting about something in the country they are in.

A fact that is wilfully ignored, or some people are too dense to understand.

You can disagree with the Government and peacefully protest, unless you are are supporting terrorists!

Why don't they protest in their own country?

it has a Swastika  effect.

Responding to a post is not the same thing as linking a username in a post.

You do it often enough, you ought to have grasped the distinction.

Don't respond to a post where you do not like the message or will not like the response.

QED

Anyway, howl away to your hearts content I believe the Palestine Action Group official become a proscribed terrorist organisation about 8 hours ago.

Bummer.

But I haven’t claimed I don’t like the message, or referred to them as, what’s that term you used?, ‘kack’.

Consistent with the idea of a ‘discussion forum’ I offer my personal views.

If that’s alright with you?!

(Not that it needs to be).

She is a  f#t sl@g who used to sleep with Jeremy Corbyn who has just formed a new Independent Party I which expect her to join.

She is typical of those who have been elected to their position of authority due to DEI no talent or intelligence. Diversity

Equity & Inclusion; my @rse.

She has now just arisen to give her support to those anti- smites who were chanting at Glastonbury using the stage as an anti Jewish platform along with the crowd joing in.

she referred to the IDF as " The Jewish Defence League".

Thus highlighting the the bands chants of " Death, death to the IDF was indeed an Jewish chant.

She is always making mistakes especially in the media. I'm not sure whether Jeremy and his new party will actually want her; I wouldn't!

You, and google, apparently know better 😀😀

A completely separate and different issue to the one which we were discussing.

In any event, here are two examples where the UK judiciary have ruled against GCHQ (I have assumed that GCHQ was acting on the UK government's behalf).

Nice to be able to agree on something: Apparently Google and me do know better😉

No comparison - GCHQ is a government agency - it does not determine law.

To take your education a step further, and in direct reference to yesterdays Court ruling.

This was a legal challenge, which was thrown out

From your link

Quote

By a 4-3 majority, supreme court justices declared that the extent of GCHQ’s powers to hack into internet services should be subject to judicial review.

2 pertinent points that you should take on board

1. GCHQ is not Government

Single aspects of GCHQ's actions should be subject  to a Judicial review..

2. A Judical Review is not the same as a legal challenge.

Two very distinct and two very different processes.

No, you don't, and never have done.

Agreed. GCHQ does not determine law but, as you say, it is a government agency and therefore, by definition, is acting on the government's behalf.

For whatever reason, the judiciary determined that it broke the law.
