That is such old information already. It's been said by philosophers for centuries. This is merely regurgitated and anecdotal footnotes in an attempt to act like a great thinker. Boring.

So why do people whinge non stop about everything? The stocks will crash, ww3, climate change, what if T wins. Its endless worry.

The old FungFu TV show. Our hero is in a barn full of hay with other people. The bad guys have surrounded the barn and are threatening to burn it down. When asked if he was worried, he replied, " No, If they burn us out, all the worrying won't help me, and if they don't I would have worried for nothing." That is true about most things, but worrying can also start you thinking of ways to change the outcome.
