The incident kicked off on a Qatar flight when the Mother of these 2 thugs got annoyed with another passenger on the flight. She obviously picked him out as they landed in Manchester and they decided to attack him. They were lucky they pulled out there Tazers instead of there guns. Shortly after a gang of Muslims surrounded Rochdale Police Station demanding justice and shouting Allah Akbar. One even told the mob to go to Andy Burnhams office. This to me is inciting racial tensions within the local area were they arrested NO. If a few locals stand outside demonstrate outside the court where this trial is going on they would be arrested.

My friend is a defence lawyer in Texas, specialising in, as he calls it, "defending the indefensible", murderers, kiddie fiddlers, rapists, traffickers: basically the worst of society. He isn't there to make up stories or believe his clients. He is there to make sure his clients understand their legal rights and their legal options with regard to whatever they have been charged with. But he is also there to make sure the prosecution doesn't take shortcuts, ignore their legal obligations to their clients and otherwise get things wrong, legally or procedurally. This covers the basics of not being properly Mirandized, illegal stop and search and full disclosure of evidence, to the custodial authorities presenting a defendant in court, still wearing his orange prison jumpsuit. That last one got his client, an already convicted murderer, discharged after this breach of legal protocol caused the judge, prompted by my friend, to declare an immediate mistrial.

 

Now, back to the lawyer defending these two violent thugs. Aamer Anwar is in a different league from the charlatan who first attached himself to this case and has subsequently disappeared. Yes, he is a human rights lawyer, born in Manchester, well respected, and his resume is quite interesting. What he offers in defence of these two pillocks should also be quite interesting.

We all saw this and remember it well. The victim is not testifying because he's been nobbled by this thug family.  I was in the UK when the incident happened.  Just like the judge says: everything is on video including the coffee shop video and the police constable's.

Hopefully, justice will be served BUT you never know in current Two Tier Britain where people get imprisoned for writing hurty words and walk free for beating a man to the ground.

Starmer was once the head of the public prosceutions but is carfeull not to whip up racial trouble and he is aware any muslim prosecutions could effect future votes for him in an upcoming bi or General Election.
