Just read the thread about Phuket with respecting headline.

For Thailand that's quite a remarkable change.

What about Pattaya?

The law with regard to selling alcohol on Buddha days in Thailand was amended, and was published in the Royal Gazette in May.

Alcoholics like to stock up and sit and drink alone, not social drinkers.

So anyone who prefers to drink alone is an alcoholic?

Another tiresome, predictable post  which ignores the fact that the "drinking community" like to drink in licensed premises such as bars and resto's. Alcoholics like to stock up and sit and drink alone, not social drinkers.

I doubt those panicking about this care where they get their fix
