Why should the taxi driver be arrested? It was a fee agreed on by the taxi driver and the customer before they left the airport. The customer could have chosen another taxi and the price would be lower or higher, but nobody will ever know.

 

Getting into a taxi knowing that you don't have enough money to pay the fare may not be illegal, but it is certainly very stupid in any country.

Ando they drive taxis between the airport and Pattaya and also accept crypto currency as legal tender for the fare.
