There is the law and there is reality.

Technically, I am sure that if they searched you, they would want to see a scrip for any medication.

The reality is your chance of being searched at all is very remote, you aren't going to need to declare anything, and if you were searched I doubt you would have a problem unless you were carrying a large quantity that looked like you were a drug dealer. Enjoy!

Vitamin V is a legal medication in Thailand, but I am not sure if copies are.

Leave them at home, mate, to enjoy yourself after your holiday....... I´ve used Kamagra from Thailand with little problem (other than a slight headache the next day....... .)...... and I´ve used viagra from T....... with no probs at all..........if you´re not actually impotent, try using half a pill.......or even a third..... believe me, the effect is just as good......

Take one before you get off the plane and then just pole vault over the Customs counter before making your getaway.

As with any medication when travelling, make sure it is in it's original (sealed) packaging. If it is prescription medication, have a copy of the prescription along with the pills.

Unless you are planning on using it on the plane, pack the pills in your checked baggage.

Shouldn't be any problems with the magic V, as it is sold over the counter here at almost every clinic and pharmacy (in 50mg or 100mg pills). The packaging/product look original, but I'm no expert on fakes.

If you read the newspaper clippings on this website you will see that there have been arrests for brining V into Thailand. It is a prescription drug.

On the other hand it is available over-the-counter throughout Thailand without prescription. TIT!

So don't risk bringing it in - if you need, buy it here. If you are worried about fakes - buy one or two and if they work, ise the same source again.

Word of warning - if you do not need it, but are using it for recreation, forget it. I once tried half a tab and had palpitations all night, plus a four-hour period where I could not relax, despite the attentions of a couple of lovely ladies. Not a drug to be recommended for anything other than it's medical purpose.

Haven't you got a family doctor that would write a letter for you ?

I hear the penalties can be quite stiff for bringing viagra into Thailand anf the authorities can be quite hard on you.

I have never heard of a problem with bringing in small quantities of this med even without a scrip. Technically illegal I am sure. I agree not recommendable as you can buy the same stuff here without a scrip. BTW, try Cialis instead.
