1. What Tulsi Gabbard presented were preliminary assessments, made in 2016. It's completely obsolete compared to the in depth i vestigations made later. These investigations (Mueller, Senate) have proven Russian interference. See my post above about the GOP-led Senate Intelligence Committee report!

 

2. Gabbard is basing her attack on a useful confusion for the gullible, that is a document showing that it was unlikely that Russia would be able to hack voting machines. But Russian interference was not about hacking Dominion machines and Obama did not claim that it did! Of course, the MAGA gullible are buying it! 🤣
