In a startling discovery, locals in Udon Thani's Kut Chap district stumbled upon human skeletons while foraging for mushrooms, igniting a police investigation to uncover the identity and fate of the deceased woman.

Yesterday, residents from the Ban Dong Keng community ventured into the forest, only to be met with a chilling find: the remains of a woman believed to be between the ages of 40 and 50, approximately 160 centimetres tall. The woman was dressed in a T-shirt emblazoned with "JOHN LANGER," a well-known alcohol brand, along with dark blue jeans.

Using the LINE messaging app, the residents quickly informed the community leader, who confirmed that no locals had been reported missing recently. Acting promptly, he contacted the authorities from Kut Chap Police Station to take immediate action.

Police and rescue teams soon arrived on the scene, discovering a white leather bag and a rusty knife near the remains. Curiously, the woman's bra and underwear were absent, while the bag contained no identification documents. Forensic experts have transported the skeleton to Udon Thani Hospital for further examination to determine both identity and cause of death.

Officials have put forth three likely scenarios to explain the tragic scene. One grim possibility is that the woman may have been sexually assaulted and murdered, inferred from the missing underwear. Alternatively, she could have been the victim of a hit-and-run, with her body hidden in the forest to obscure the incident. The third theory suggests that she might have suffered fatal abuse and was subsequently abandoned.

Sixty-year-old Lay, a local resident, recounted her last visit to the area two years ago, noting no peculiarities at the time. She expressed surprise at the discovery, mentioning that she had never encountered any suspicious characters or activities around the community.

As the investigation unfolds, the community remains on edge, eager for answers and hoping justice will soon be served. For now, the skeleton in the forest holds its grim secrets, a puzzle waiting to be solved by the diligent efforts of the police.

The unfolding events in Udon Thani are sure to capture the attention of both local and national news as the search for truth continues. The police urge anyone with information to step forward, hopeful that even the smallest detail could unravel the mystery surrounding the woman’s tragic demise. As the story develops, residents are on alert, with the area becoming a hotbed of attention and speculation.

With the investigation in its early stages, the community and authorities alike press on towards resolution, determined to bring clarity and justice to a tragic mystery that began in a quiet forest on an ordinary day.

Let´s just say like this. Human skeletons will be more than one person. The fate of the deceased woman tell this story of the opposite. Wonder if the mushrooms were tasty?

They forgot suicide.

Why must they release guesses every time?
