HIIT. High impact interval training. But good info for sure 

It is much better, and almost anyone can do it.

Sounds good and within the capabilities of most people . Originally designed for seniors but also being used by all ages as there are benefits for all . To the unfit folks , you do not have to try to complete the 30 minutes to begin with . Slowly build up or you may have some physical problems . 

I just wish I could find somewhere close to my area where I could walk without packs of soi dogs .
