The historical relevance of The Fourth Turning makes it a wise topic for study as we enter the apex of this current historical cycle.  Unfortunately "War" is the hallmark the apex of a Fourth Turning.

Since WW2 we have been in the era of the expert. The all-knowing scientist/doctor/spokesperson. When the people do finally become mobilized, there will be great changes. Humanity might then be on the road to true destiny.
