SSA Anual Address Verificatio

I have not received the SSA Form 7161 to return verifying my address  I usually get it at the end of June.  I have searched for an answer on what to do.  All I find is the importance of returning it but not what I can do if I do not receive it.  any suggestion?

7161 or 7162? There's a long-running topic on the latter. The form mailing is apparently delayed.

It's a global thing.

We can call it delayed at this point but untill they actually start showing up, we really don't know if a different word fits the actual situation.
