Then you agree with Trump on virtually everything. Ka-ching. Next/

Please do not put misleading interpretation's into what was a very simple statement.

(Especially when I am actually agreeing with a portion of your post)

Please re-read between the lines;

I only agreed with common sense!

I made no reference to the imbecilic Trump!

There is no way in the world I, or many people around the world, could give the attribute of "common sense" to that idiotic Trump.

Who would have thought that banks would refuse to do business with an adjudicated fraudster who has already defaulted on over $3 billion in loans over his lifetime?

Who, besides cult members, would trust such an individual?

As per the second sentence in my OP, "Of course, his followers will as always be blind for the truth.".

So his followers will start deflecting, the Cambodian you replied to is known very well for that, with questions about Russia and sexual orientation.

Trump absolutely fits the definition of a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) for the purpose of anti-money laundering scrutiny by financial institutions.

Banks declining to open or maintain accounts for PEPs has nothing do do with conservatism.

OK, so do you think banks should discriminate against folks because of their politics?

No no, not AI, lol, where are the regulations that permit that? What are the rules? Who has defined that? Is that part of the Bnaking regulations?

Or are you saying that its OK for banks to hold political views ?

Trump wasn't refused business by the banks because of political views, he was refused because he is a crook and a fraud.

It's only Trump the loser who claims it is because of political views

Banks have clear rules. If any person, business, company or whatever is not trustworthy it's a normal procedure to cancel any kind of business.

Has nothing o do with "folks and their politics".

It's the economy stupid.

Do you think Trump was correct in banning women from mens sports?

I think you have this backwards but in your world backwards thinking is the norm right?

So you are saying a bank can just say "you arent trustworthy" and cut someone off from business? Like a gun seller?

You are welcome to do your own research into how KYC and AML screening works with respect to PEPs.

I already know how banks screen, Im involved in litigation. Show us all your knowledge, tell us about the interplay of bank internal rules, Federal Banking Rules and the constitution. Tell us how a federally chartered bank can engage in viewpoint discrimination.

Justify your premise with something other than rhetoric.

If they are a proven crook it makes no difference what their colour or zip code is.

Got it. I guess that you believe the Trump criminal conviction will survive appeal.

They can close a person's or a company's account without giving an explanation and they can do so based solely upon their internal risk assessment.

You sure about that? LOL

That is not what they are saying or doing.....they are choosing NOT to do business with a person who has committed fraud, is a credit risk and is known to renege on his debts.

That way they are protecting their customers/clients/invvestors and shareholders. Get it??

Got it. His politics had nothing to do with it.

It's no wonder, the man is a huge risk to banks as he has committed fraud against them on multiple occasions, and he's left them with billions of dollars worth of debt during his multiple bankruptcies. He is a one-man wrecking crew when it comes to leaving people holding the bag in his wake, after he's stolen their fortunes.

That is the president of the United States. He is truly a boil on the face of America.

Well you're certainly welcome to ignore the threads which you're obviously not because you're posting on them. So let me ask you, who is the one with the syndrome? The rest of us are just having fun. After all he's a pretty huge target and he gives us a lot to work with.
