She is convicted in federal court for trafficking minors for sex and conspiracy to come sex with minors.

 

She demonstrably does not have a problem with adults having sex with minors, it’s clearly something she has facilitated over a number of years.

 

So yes, I think Maxwell believes adults engaging in sex with minors is, in her opinion, both acceptable and normal.
