Really? Worse than trying to subvert the will of the people and try to cling on to power, thereby going against the constitution every POTUS swears to protect and sending a mob to the Capitol to scare the lawmakers into submission.

Worse than that??

If you want a Dem leader, you must choose a competent candidate.

All your bitching and whining means nothing,

Trump won because Kamala and Hillary were poor presidential candidates.

Try choosing a candidate that is more than just a woman (Hillary), or coloured (Kamala), or a potential child molester (Biden).

Jumping up and down shouting Trump bad, Trump bad, won't win you an election.

Everyone is correct who says they didn't vote for SCOTUS and therefore there is no reason to agree.

No one voted for Billy Long as the commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service either, so why obey tax laws.

Ohh... no one's forgotten about the Trump-incited Jan. 6 attempted insurrection. There's even a reference to it in the above cited NYT report:

"After all, as the judge pointed out, Justice Department lawyers under Mr. Trump have done much to destroy the confidence normally afforded them in court.

They have fired prosecutors who worked on Mr. Trump’s two criminal cases, he said. They have attacked the charges brought against the rioters who stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, as a witch hunt. And they have violated judicial orders in cases stemming from Mr. Trump’s deportation policies and from his efforts to freeze federal grants."

trump and his nutters are clearing out anyone who might have "worked on" prosecuting the Jan 6th rioters and anyone else whom he dislikes for whatever reason........

"The FBI has forced out at least three senior officials who found themselves at odds with US President Donald Trump’s administration, including a former acting director who resisted demands to fire agents involved in investigating the January 6, 2021, Capitol attack, according to people familiar with the dismissals".

"Driscoll’s short tenure came to be defined, however, by his resistance to then-acting deputy attorney general Emil Bove’s demand in January to fire eight senior FBI executives and identify “the core team” behind the Capitol riot investigations. Driscoll refused to hand over the names – prompting Bove to accuse top FBI leaders of “insubordination”.

This is an absolute crock of sh!t and likens the trump Gov't to that of a "third world" and corrupt country. So sad that the US has fallen so low.

Hillary was just a woman? Yeah, right, that was all she had going for her.😄

"...potential child molester"

How about a rapist, a convicted criminal, a traitor, a potential child rapist? Sounds like a good candidate to you?

Yes, they're actually firing people for doing what they were hired to do and ordered to do; going after criminals. Trump the traitor, turning the US into a 3rd word tinpot dictatorship, one firing at a time.

Lock him up.

I misread the headline as : Judges Doubt Govt. as Trump Just Debt Misleads & Dodges Orders.

Two conclusions:

1) not particularly surprised.

2) must investigate a new pair of spectacles!

That's predictably what happens when you have an autocrat president who believes himself to be above the mandates of the U.S. Constitution, and one who proceeds to appoint dubiously qualified political flunkies to head a Justice Department charged with trying to argue before federal judges in favor of his often illegal and unconstitutional policies and orders.

But I guess it was okay when Obama and HRC met with the intelligence agencies to figure out how to frame Trump so he'd lose the election...

Unfounded BS! Did you do that on impulse?

Ok, where is the proof then? Or did that already go in burn bag? You know what a burn bag is, right? 😂

You can´t say anything, because you have no chance to know what goes in or what is archived. So, give us some concrete evidence now, or shut the pie hole!

Trump is likely the most transactional and the most corrupt president in American history, if you like me, if you agree with me, if you play by my rules I will support you, and if you don't I will rain down terror upon your career.

He is attempting to turn America into an autocracy with kangaroo courts that do his bidding, and Trump is a natural Marxist at heart.

Sounds like Trump is appropriately exercising power. Tell us how that is corrupt.

Rain down Terror on your career? That's what he did to you right,? Which is why 40 years later you're chasing him around message boards on the internet plagiarizing everybody elses political comments and ranting about trump.

Judges Openly Doubt Government as Justice Dept. Misleads and Dodges Orders

Legal experts say the actions causing concern from the bench could have a more systemic effect, eroding the healthy functioning of the courts.

Aug. 4, 2025

"... in the past several months, as members of President Trump’s Justice Department have repeatedly misled the courts, violated their orders and demonized judges who have ruled against them, some jurists have started to show an angry loss of faith in the people and the institution they once believed in most.

The dissolution of these traditional bonds of trust — known in legal circles as the presumption of regularity — goes well beyond judges’ use of blunt words — “egregious,” “brazen,” “lawless” — to describe the various parts of Mr. Trump’s power-grabbing policy agenda.

...

While it is impossible to know for sure how deeply this distrust has set in among judges across the country, a number of judges in recent weeks have openly questioned the fundamental honesty and credibility of Justice Department lawyers in ways that would have been unthinkable only months ago.

You mean back when they were ALL trying to put President Trump in jail before they lost another election to him?

As for "Jurists" losing faith in the system, that comes from judges changing the rules after the trail to get some kind of conviction even when the prosecution failed to bring and prove the correct charges.
