Issue with making online reservation

I went to the online Bangkok Immigration website, I logged in and got a 6 number code and put in my full name, Nationality, and passport number.  I then selected Chaeng Wattana and non O extension for retirement....but the next button is not available to choose the date.  What am I doing wrong ?

You can only make appointment up to 30 days in advance.

There may be no slots available

I just checked. No slots left in August.

Sept 8,9,10 available.

Once you select the retirement extension then you have to click on that tab to activate it. 

 

Even though this is the mobile app it still works the same,

 

The first image shows before you click the retirement blue tab and the "next"  button is not able to be clicked

 

The second image shows after you click the retirement blue tab and the "next"  button is activated.
