I don’t think it’s fair to blame the Government for villagers being thickos.

 

Inbreeding is a far more likely cause.

If only we had a codified constitution then the right to hurl racist abuse at random passers-by could be added as an amendment.

It's the Pakistani muslims who go in for the inbreeding 4% responsible for over 34% of birth defects due to marrying cousins
