How about the US?

About 130 cohousing communities exist in the U.S., according to the Cohousing Association, a nonprofit based in Durham, North Carolina. McCamant, whose firm Cohousing Partners has built dozens of communities, predicts the number will double within 10 years. If that happens it will be thanks to one demographic force of nature: baby boomers.
"A large majority of these communities are being driven by baby boomers looking at downsizing when they retire. For whatever reason, cohousing didn't work for them earlier, but now they're in a transition in life," she says.
McCamant predicts the number will double within 10 years.

  • Wow, it's not only Trump that's regressing mentally I see.

  • Germany is an industrial basket case. Good luck.

  • Gosh.  If only they hadn't been fighting for years not to build pipelines to the east and west coasts, they may be able to get beyond the USA market in the next 20 years.  They do have a new pipeline

What has Zurich in Switzerland, which is the third most expensive city in the world, so you could never afford it, has to do with a comparison to the average city in Europe?

Well if your apartment is a like your 20sq m hotel rooms.

You have now shown several times that you have no idea how it is to live in Europe. Or what they produce.

I was a lucky guy to see different countries. USA, Canada, South America , almost all european countries. Except South America not as a tourist. I gave trainings for technical staffs - in the US they called them engineers - what a laugh. BTW, The best scholars were all non-US...

Honestly, I was quite shocked to make the experience on what kind of level USA had in many things. Especially in education and knowledge.

Except to show off and trying to be Mr. Big shot a bit more humbleness would suit you well. But the Magastan tribe isn't able to do that.

And I doubt the East Coast Canucks will ever tolerate a pipeline that would serve Germany a significant amount.

Pipeline to Churchill?

That's a 10 year old article.

As of 2025

According to the Cohousing Association of the United States, as of early 2025 there are currently 148 communitiesand over 140 in planning stages

It has not doubled.

I know you hate us.   But the USA is richer than Europe.  LOL

Not only that. Germany also has the knowledge. German products are much higher quality than anything manufactured in the US

BMW's are known for lasting forever with no breakdowns and are very cheap to work on. They are a great value.   The DEF system in the Mercedes Sprinter van is renowned for its reliability.

Maybe you should stop your MAGA habit of lying about everything.

https://www.cohousing.org/directory/wpbdp_category/comm/

There are 307 Cohousing Community listings. The full list is shown below.

There are an estimated 200-300 established cohousing communities in the United States, with a significant number more in the planning or formation stages, though exact figures vary by source and reporting date. The Cohousing Association of the United States (CohoUS) directory lists around 307 communities but notes that the listings are self-reported and updated by individual communities, making it a dynamic number.

Got to <deleted>en hell.   Half the list is in building or forming stage.

You're not even smart enough to vet the data.

<deleted> off.

More MAGA lies from you, less than 20% on that list is waiting completion, and since it list is self-reported, there are probably more than 307.

Hit a nerve did I, calling you out on your lies, but no need to show your real colours by throwing insults because you are exposed for what you really are.
