Yes, but she actually is divorced as her husband wasn't supporting her participation in pageants, but some say it's more likely they divorced as married women are far less likely to win than single ones. These Miss World / Universe contests are a bit pointless now nationality is not linked to race. The whole point of them, aside from any other beauty contest, was to showcase the unique genetic beauty of each nation.

 

Besides that we have the internet now. Infinite 'beauties' of every type everywhere 🙃

She is a bit a long in the tooth at 29. Took her long enough, she had four attempts, representing Chiang Mai and many other places. She has about as much to do with Saraburi  as Ringo Starr.

 

As someone who was forced to watch all the many competitions this year, I have to say any number of women in that contest were better looking than her, but she was a top contender. I honestly thought Phuket would beat her, but it was not to be.

 

She's pretty in the face, but she lacks that body oomph that she'll need to win in the big league. Thailand won't go far in the Miss Universe with her.

Some time ago there was a item of a foreigner who had a daughter who had the Thai nationality, but was facing many problems to get a driverslicense and ID because svhe looked too much as foreigner..Now this lady, who is not Thai, but indian, can compete for Thailand. I don't care but again it shows that there are double standards...You can be Thai if look like a Thai, but in other cases not. A friend of mine haf the Thai nationality too, but was treated by everyone as a foreigner, as he did not look like a Thai. I did not write she claimed she was Thai, i only said that she is Indian, with a Thai nationality

Yes she is good looking, there is no doubt about that, but from one of the pics I saw on here, she has "plastic puppies" which IMO spoils the image somewhat.

Nobody can deny those indian ladies and guys with the Bollywood look are amongst the most attractive in the World. Thailand should be grateful to these fine indian ladies to rise the beauty standards. Not saying the others do not look good but these indian males and females do have stunning looks. Not to mention their brillant brains. Who runs Google ?Alphabet ?` IBM ? Chanel ? Microsoft ? Adobe ? and so on...

Absolutely, there were some girls who probably trumped the winner in terms of looks:

 

It's not just the looks but also the brains and personnality that is taken to consideration in other similar international pagent contests.

 

Consequently, considering that the international organisers have trained their thai counterparts on how to organise such events and the the award criteria....similar criteria was considered in this contest. 

 

No to mention all the political interests behind, as India is a major player in the Asia Pacific region and apart from the absurd on unsignificant straw sharing comments from Pattaya, huge amounts of money,  from top player investors from India, are funding Thailand.
