Hi, got new 'gift card' entered the pin nope can't redeem it tried sending a message nope try again....... and stays put there. all becoz of new computer and email address.

    Update; I rang their office in Canada after 30min of talking and going thru all his instructions even he couldn't get it right, then the cheeky barsrard suggested I top up more money and try again, I asked him if he would do that ? and the call was stopped....
