I am thinking of running up some name cards, and would be grateful for any recommendations of printers please.
Ideally on one side in English and on the other Thai.
That also if possible could incorporate my QR Code of my address, has anybody done this before?

How many? The print shop on the ground floor of Lotus's OnNut does nice cards. 

It would be helpful to know where you are - city/town/district/suburb?

You can create your own QR code using QRcode Online.

When created, scan and open on your phone scanner - it will show the text and also link to Google Maps.

 

EDIT: Or you could use QR Code Chimp and create your own Digital card, and save a few Baht.
