Or (further north) Phyathai Sri Racha and Samitivej Sri Racha. 

 

Good government hospital options include Ban Lamung and Queen Sirikit in Sattahip. Waits, red tape and language barriers will be much more but costs much less. 

 

One thing that will influence cost wherever you go  is type of doctor who removes it.  If scarring is a concern you might be  referred to a plastic surgron which will cost much more so discuss this frankly with the doctor you see initially.
