“Potentially, I would assume you can make the argument that ‘The View’ is a bona fide news show, but I’m not so sure about that,” Chairman Brendan Carr said Thursday on “The Scott Jennings Radio Show.”

“I think it’s worthwhile to have the FCC look into whether “The View” and some of these other programs that you have still qualify as bona fide news programs and [are] therefore exempt from the equal opportunity regime that Congress has put in place,” he said.

First off, Zuckerberg has a lot of incentives to trash talk the Biden Administration and to sweet talk the Trump administration,. But not matter what the Biden administration did, it doesn't compare with an actual threat from the FCC commissioner to put a company out of business by denying licenses to its affiliates. And it's doing it again in the case of The View.

Now if the problem is lack of balance. then shouldn't Fox's constant praise of Trump also qualify it for a review of its license?
