As of 1 a.m. Tuesday, the typhoon's center is forecasted near northern Luzon Island, Philippines, with a high disaster risk level. By Wednesday, it is expected to be about 140 km southeast of Hong Kong, maintaining super typhoon strength. Further movement is predicted to be westward with gradual weakening.
