Biden build upon AFA during covid and increase the enrollment. Never temporary. ACA remain important in the health system now. Trump want to cut the funds to fund his tax cut for the rich. Not my words but from the Congressional Budget Office which said "Trump's tax bill will benefit the rich while leaving the poor with less".
