Has anyone communicated with Deye Company in China and received an answer?

I tried to contact them via email regarding technical questions about their 3 phase solar inverters but have not had a reply.

This was over a week ago.

 

When a seller sent me a different model than what I ordered, I contacted this email address to ask about the differences between the two models:

They replied quickly (within hours) from this email address:

We didn't really get into the details, as I had already found the answer to my questions and returned the incorrect model.

My questions related to articles I have skim read saying that Deye had 3 phase  EV battery inverters connections. 

My other question related to their 3 phase inverter working on 1 or 3 phases without shutting everything down. Evidently a 3 phase inverter will shut down if it doesn't see 3 grid phases. I read that some Deye inverters can work on very unballenced grids.

I think I will give up the idea of installing 1 phase first (as 1 phase already runs to the garage) where the solar system will be located.

Instead run the extra cables for 3 phase to and from the shed.

 

I think some modern 3 phase inverters have vehicle to load or house but the difficulties are that the communications protocols are not always installed or compatable.

 

Running the new installation needs more people power but my local offsiders are now all fuelled with 'yaa bah' as well as the usual 'gunja', 3 in 1 coffee x 10, Imroy500 and Lao Kaw, so new help needed.

I need someone to install the solar panels and now all the rest.

Probably set a budget of B 200,000 and see how I go.

 

Our monthly electrics bill is B5000 so my aim would be to get that down to close to zero, running everything in the day time and only the electric shower heaters in the night when necessary and aircon when necessary.

The BYD Sealion 7 needs a new bidirectional charger for vehicle to house as well.

Now I will just concentrate on getting a solar system running and not worry (to much) about using my EV as the battery.
