Yes, we all don't need a walker when we're in our 60's like you think.

Just for your info I can still put my legs behind my head like I did many times whilst in Pattaya !!!

Very interesting

How do you "control " your mood?

What is the name of that psychology,is it self awareness?

Sometimes very hard to control moods

Talking about this is much more interesting than reading these arguing posts between Fred & Co

I don't like to talk too much about myself, but it's all in the breathing. Anyone who is serious about training should know and understand that.

The fact that the two people regularly 'lose it' here, tells me something about their health and state of mind.

Time to close another thread I think

It's got out of hand

One guy has admitted he has taken a sick day from his work  to reply to comments from Fred 😯😯

I know many girls who can do the same things. I lifted very heavy and I was quite flexible, but not like before. If you're skinny, it's quite easy to put your legs behind your head, especially if you're still under 60. You'll see how it is in a couple of years.

Oh don't judge people !!!!!

I had a particular reason for putting my legs behind my head in Pattaya

He could just get his wallet out, dump the old girl and go and buy a young 25 year old as you have admitted to doing, what is difficult about that?

No, actually he couldn't. It's more difficult than you think. See women don't JUST care about money. Just as we don't just care about looks. It's a multi-layered complex tapestry.

That old guy with gray hair in Big C KNOWS full well he can't get a 25 year old., or he would have her. Firstly his wallet is not fujll enough, secondly he smells too old, looks too old, and does not have the social graces to keep up with a young girl. Which is why he is publicly bossing an old Thai woman around in Big C.

It's much harder than you think to have a long term relationship with a 9 or 10 that's 18 to 25 years old. You have to have the face. Or the body. Or ideally both. You have to have certain resources. You have to have game, you can't behave like this gray haired oaf in Big C. It just wouldn't work, trust me.

That flab is better shape than you'll ever achieve, and you never saw how I was for the 50 years before that. Like I said, if you met me you wouldn't talk like this, as common sense would take over.

There would only be three hits in it Fred.

I reply to those who talk to me. I defend myself against false retorts and plain BS. I don't allow unstable people to talk bad about me, especially when they only know what I've told them, and their sickness has them turning things around to feed a low self esteem. I try to set them straight, although they'll never stop, because that's how their kind is. No one takes off work to come here. If they're at work, maybe they should get back to the mop and bucket.

Get back to work !!!!!!

Back to work !!

It is my own app on the Apple App Store, I am creating a newer version.

I retired from working for companies as a freelance software engineer, I can do as I please,  that has been the case for years.

I am also entitled to give myself time off for a few noddy piss takes on this forum, it makes me laugh.

But I like wring my apps as it keeps my brain in gear with something new to learn every day.

Plus the additional money in sales is a bonus, it means my apps are successful.

True @georgegeorgia  stated I had take a sick day off work to reply to you, totally fictional and made up, I do not work for a company, I have been retired a long time, but what I had actually said was distorted.

But it never makes me angry, I just think it is funny.

Lots of people on this blog seem to do it all the time , while taking themselves sooooo seriously 😃

True story. The last time I had a problem with a Norwegian, my Thai girlfriend made him disappear. But not before I had a talk with him in person. He chose to not listen.

Like I said, they live in fantasyland.

Also, Thai food, especially SomDom....

Delusional, you say the 25 year old women are with you because you pay for them, then you try and twist things around time and time again by stating they are with a very old bloke because of your exiting personality, delusional

No, I'm not saying that at all. It's mostly my good looks.

I've never been selfish as the help I give here shows. People who come here aren't working.

What help? Not ever seen it. Only in your narcissist mind do you think the drivel that you post helps anyone other than to exercise their laughing muscles.

6. Work.

Moved from UK to US then India then Thailand for work.

Next move would have been back to UK, but I'm not keen on Islamic countries, so I retired in Thailand.

That was a good move seeing as there are ongoing battles with muslims and the police/military in Thailand as documented in the press plus the no go muslim areas in the very south of Thailand as documented in the British Embassy notices for Brits. 🤣

Has the Archbishop of Canterbury changed her religion?

I spent five month in England earlier this year and it is still a great place.

I agree, England has a lot of charm. You just have to avoid places like Harlow, dystopia pure, the food, the people and the weather. Otherwise it's a great place.

cheap girls and booz were at laughable cost and Somtam was 15-20 baht and the foreigners you meet in the bars

and on the street were easy going and friendly.

since then, everything gone to the dogs, any worse then that, and Thailand is really not a place worth staying.

30 years ago was 1995 and in that year many were lamenting the long lost Thailand days of 1965.The main difference between then and now has of course been the country's huge economic development.Naturally that has resulted in the loss of a certain charm, especially in Bangkok. The expatriate population has also changed greatly in numbers and social type.In 1965 in Bangkok it is scarcely an exaggeration to say most expatriates knew each other. They were also preponderantly middle class and well educated types.Nothing like the plebeian hordes of today.

You can get an education outside of college. It's called reading up on things you want to learn more about, seeing high school doesn't fully prepare you for the real world, and if you have a passion about something, you're likely to research on it.

That's true, Elvis was very fond of that. Read a lot about metaphysical issues.

The smartest people I met were Isaan girls who never graduated university.

The food:  we have English, Thai, Indian, Chinese, Italian, and a host of other foods from around the world, it is a bit ignorant of your not to realise that.

The weather, during my stay there it was 30 to 32 degrees there during the summer, it went on for about four months.

Oxford, Cambridge, LSE are three of the top ten universities in the world.

Thailand is Ok as long as we avoid places like Pattaya.

In the UK people do not try and run others down on zebra crossings, they stop as soon as we put a foot on the crossing, in Thailand zebra crossings are used as parking spots, the colours displayed on traffic lights are take to be a guide open to interpretation.

But there are a lot of things I like about both England and Thailand.

Unless you are a king, queen, lord etc you are also a pleb, like the rest of us.

We can be educated plebs as well of course.

Thailand has not got worse but many of the old blokes have become miserable and it just seems like the country has become worse in their view.

I can remember hearing many times "When I was a lad it was much better in those days.....", it is a generational thing.

It's one thing I've passed on to my children, to never stop reading, and not just fiction, which does help but about real life, especially nutrition and family matters.

No, it's my nature to help others. What I get from it is respect. The same reason I read others advice on things. Because everybody knows more about some things than others, and learning from each other is how we grow.

Not sure even being royalty is much help these days, how happy are Andy and Harry?

I suspect less happy than me living here.

As for "when I were a lad", that wasn't all that great, boredom, loneliness, and a bit of bullying thrown in.

For me, living in Thailand has only been good, and much better than my life before I came here.
