The fear of death is the most unjustified of all fears. Correct?

Many may fear a painful death. But is it death that many are afraid of, or is it a fear of losing life?

climate fear beats all else

The Permian-Triassic extinction event was nothing to sneeze at

When oceans lost oxygen, and turned more acidic

But, that was before AI.

Can/Will Gemini produce another GREAT DYING, similar to the Permian extinction?

Gemini won't admit that it can and will:

Yet:  Gemini does NOT say that it WON'T.....

I fear of living too long in this world, a world that is getting worse by the day everywhere, Or, getting sick, immobilized, cognitively impaired in a wheelchair or hospital bed and just live long but like a vegetable.

You know, my mother always told us chil'i'n to eat more vegetables.

When you finally become a vegetable, I think I will pass on you.

The very LAST thing you need to worry about is another Ice Age.

My advice to you is to hop a jet and go down to the South Pole, and watch the WAIS  melt.....

This happens only ONCE in a lifetime, and once during the past 130,000 years.

Or, go to NYC and watch the ball fall, Dec 31st.

Death is a path we all must take... just a question of when and how. You mostly can't choose when but you can in many cases choose how you face death. As is also often quoted "Death is fundamental fact of life" that must just be quietly accepted. How many are alive right now but won't be this time tomorrow for whatever reason... eventually it will be your turn.

I just want to do and get squared away what I want to... then whenever, but many are not afforded that luxury as many that deserve to live die, and many that deserve to die live.

Tales from the after-life:

So I’d gone through the fiery gates, as most of us do, and Be’elzebub said “So you’re free to choose your own eternal damnation, because of the wickedness of your sins”

(How righteous a sadist must Be’elzebub have been, to get that job?)

So we walked through the chambers of hell - I thought <deleted> would be more bearable than fire.

Chamber 1: people up to their armpits in <deleted>

”No, I don’t fancy that”

Chamber 2: people up to their necks in <deleted>

”No,I don’t fancy that”

Chamber 3: People up to their knees in <deleted>, drinking tea

”This doesn’t seem so bad”

“Earl Grey or Lap sang soo Chong”

But before I could answer…

”Right, tea break’s over - back on your heads”

I dream of Red Chambers.

There is nothing under the Sun which cannot be found in China.

Such an amazing book.

Buy the original Chinese version.

Worth a look.

I am frightened I wouldn't get a tea break, after I'd read that.
