Quite a few nationalities in a gym I go to, teaching one on one, but are they getting paid, probably

It's not "in a gym" – it's those who are running it. Lots of ex-military who think they deserve to run these places without any proper visas or perit - often the pay or bribe th local authorities to get the right-looking paperwork. even in gun clibs!

The work permit is specific to types and classes of employment. Teaching visas are granted when there is a reasonable basis to justify the granting of the permit, such as a need.

Your justification for her not respecting the existing work visa regulations is that she is causing no harm for an activity that you consider beneficial to the public.  This may come as a surprise,  but please note that you are not the colonial master of Thailand and do not decide for the Thai people.

It is not up to you to determine if there is harm. The Thai government has the position that a foreigner who goes to Thailand and who works is taking away a potential opportunity from a local national. It is not unreasonable to protect employment and income opportunities for Thai nationals. The harm that the woman is causing is to take away the opportunity from a Thai national. How do you know that she was remitting her required tax and social service assessments? Foreigners who work without work permits, typically avoid paying  business and income taxes as well. Perhaps, you believe that she should be tax exempt too because of her foreigner status?

It is not up to you to decide what is beneficial for the Thai people. They have designated their own  government to decide such matters and do not need, nor want a foreigner to dictate what is or is not beneficial.

Seems like you were just a bit triggered by this. I was simply stating an opinion, I'm not dictating policy, how are any of us in a position to dictate policy here?

And please share with us how many Thai people you think possess any level of expertise when it comes to Tantric yoga?

Can Thais do this or is this again a protected job as almost every job in Thailand is...If it is protected and no Thais can do it, you can't get a workpermit too as the labour office will not understand because it is what is not in their books... so the answer will be mai dai ka....

Thailand offer a full service as masseuses,

No need for foreign yoga.
