Not surprising that you accept the government's version of events unquestioningly.

As for the judge's ruling. He simply found that the congresswoman failed to make a case that hers was a case of malicious or vindictive prosecution. That's a very difficult argument to prove. Nothing about the merits of the case itself. In fact, as he noted, there is still a review process pending of relevant videos.
