I order my Wines from Vines to Vino - They have a large selection including several champagnes. Although I usually order enough to get free deliver, I don't believe their fee for delivery in Pattaya is very much - If I recall correctly, they will also ship elsewhere in Thailand. Link: https://vinestovino.store/ I only deal with 2 wine merchants, 90% from VinesToVino and 10% from Wine Pro. I prefer Prosecco to Champagne, I don't see the value in Champagne, you have to spend a fortune to get anything drinkable. I buy a specific Rioja & a Douro from Wine Pro and everything else from VinesToVino. I like that VinesToVino lists Vivino scores on many of their wines and it saves me time in looking them up. I don't trust Vivino completely, but if it's a high score then I usually ask Ray (the owner) what he thinks of that wine and he will often recommend a wine with a low (or no) score that is particularly good.
December 12, 2025Dec 12 Popular Post MSRP's are tightly controlled here, resulting in the same prices EVERYWHERE. If there are "promotions," everyone matches them. Yes, sometimes there is mislabeling in a price. You want French? Non-vintage? 75 cl? Veuve Cliquot 2,419 (Tops, Villa ) Deutz 3,000 Pol Roger 4,060 Bailey's (original, they make like 50 different flavors now) is widely available here. 70 cl, 1,210 at Tops.

In my experience, VinesToVino offers significantly better prices than everywhere else, and a much higher quality too. You can get a very good wine from them for as little as 406 baht (Partager, I buy it for neighbours of mine who don't want to order enough for free delivery) and an excellent wine for as little as 460 baht comparable with wines at double that price elsewhere.

(No.) That said, Vinestovino does have a nice Champagne selection, the Bollinger NV at 2,499 pops. Same price everywhere in Thailand.

Looks like a great site and excellent prices. I have an order in my basket but it won't accept that I don't have a Thai phone number. With esim and whatsapp/messenger i really don't usually need it. Hopefully they'll get back to me with a suggestion.

I need to go and replenish and always looking for good value Rioja that I haven't tried. Thanks From Wine Pro I buy… Cerro Anon, a Gran Riserva Rioja at 850 plus VAT. I have 5 other Rioja’s here but Cerro Anon is a class above. I have another case arriving next week. I like Graca 28 Riserva Douro, it’s 550 plus VAT, it’s just a nice wine, nothing special just easy to drink. VinesToVino do a stunning Douro but it’s out of stock for some time to come, it’s called Confidencial, I’m down to my last 4 bottles. I hope this helps.

I would be happy to give you examples, but from the tone of your reply I suspect your question to be rhetorical. If you’re serious, tell me the type of wine or price range and I’ll be happy to elucidate.

For me it’s about the grape, Prosecco is mostly Glera and the best Prosecco comes from Trevise. Not all Italian sparkling is Prosecco, I don’t like Asti Spumante or other types and I’m not a fan of Spanish Cava either. For me it’s Prosecco if I’m paying or good Champagne if I’m not.

Depending on the district as well, not only the grape, and Spain do have some great cava in comparison with anything else. Just a matter of taste and experience. Small details can make the whole difference
December 12, 2025Dec 12 Well, last year, I found some reasonably priced in Pattaya, at the Food Mart next to the airport bus station, near the intersection of Thappraya Rd and Thepprasit Rd. By the way, where could I find empty champagne bottles? I need some to make my mango sparkling wine, champagne method, or to brew a Belgian Abbey beer... I live in Loei, but I go to Jomtien at the end of the year, to spend a family holiday, and meet some friends...
December 12, 2025Dec 12 We used to go to Spain as children and my dad brought Freixenet, I didn’t like it when I was a child and I still don’t. I haven’t tried any others, maybe I should.

Check with google or even vivino and get some more information about the district and winery, and also how normal people rate the product. Not always the most expensive that taste the best just for a zip or two at special days
