Chinese National Arrested After Knife Assault Injures Pattaya Bar Guards

Police in Pattaya apprehended a Chinese man after a late-night altercation at a local bar left three Thai security guards wounded. The confrontation began when a dispute between the suspect and a woman prompted guards to remove him from the venue. The man then returned with others, armed with knives, and attacked the guards before fleeing. One guard suffered serious abdominal injuries and was in critical condition, while the others received treatment for less severe wounds. Authorities are seeking the remaining suspects and said all involved will face legal action.
