Imac display

Featured Replies

Hi fellow Mac users , I have been seeing this fading / degradation on the sides when opening a new tab . Part of my desktop folders are visible and there is a colour creep at the bottom.

It has been happening for a couple of weeks now and I have tried different brightness settings , but I cannot fix it .

It is like something is dying in my Imac.
Any software or setting fixes I could try ?

It’s a hardware issue. Either tolerate it until it goes completely kaput or get a new one.

Or see if it can be repaired before it goes "kaput"!
