Bangkok Bank were able to produce these on demand on the day of application, so I would go to the bank first, update my bankbook etc. and leave with everything I and Immigration needed. Now however it will not be possible to obtain the full 12 months statements on the day of application. I will be able to request the first 6 months of the year statements to be mailed to me, but I am seeking clarification as to whether or not Immigration will understand and accept this. I am not sure how long this 12 month requirement has been in place, but if anyone has already experienced this, I would greatly appreciate an update.

In Phuket online statements from BBL are accepted. At least, they were for me. Immigration seem to be aware of the issue with bbl and have adjusted their process accordingly. Bank letter confirming balance is still required

    With online banking you can print off as many previous bank statements as you like there and then. But of course this is for 1st World countries not 10th World countries. 🤣😂

    No his issue is that while banks can provide 12 month bank statement on the spot BBL cannot. Normal that not a problem as statements letter etc should be accepted up to 7 days to application. Korat
