A Thai woman is calling for increased police security after being groped by a man on a motorcycle in Pattaya. This incident, which occurred on January 23, has led two other women to share similar experiences involving the same suspect. The assaults have raised significant concerns about women's safety in the region.

The first victim, identified as 35-year-old Bee, released CCTV footage of the attack to alert local women. The incident took place at 8:36 a.m. in Soi Jomtien Sai Song 8, while Bee was on her way to work. She described being approached by a man who grabbed her breast before fleeing on a motorcycle.

Bee had been a resident of the area for over two years without any previous incidents. The suspect was seen wearing a black hoodie, long jeans, trainers, and a full-face helmet while riding a gray Honda PCX. Bee pointed out that this was not an isolated event, referencing another case in the Khao Phra Tamnak area with similar modus operandi.

Despite not yet filing a formal complaint, Bee intends to report the crime to the police. Another woman reported being stalked the same day from a convenience store in Nong Yai to her dormitory. While she managed to evade her pursuer, the similarities in the descriptions suggest it's the same suspect as Bee's assailant.

The local police have been urged to act quickly, especially since these incidents occurred in daylight and did not involve revealing clothing. Although another victim has reported her stalking experience, the police have not released any public updates on the investigation. The authorities' response and subsequent measures are crucial to addressing these cases of harassment, reported The Thaiger.

This is a global problem all over Thailand. Most people, locals or foreigners and tourists, think that all the females are hookers (which of course is not true and unfair). But that's how the perception is.

Well, no it's not. Try that in most places outside of tourist areas and be prepared to get a fat lip , or worse.

With the incredible increase in the number of motorbikes in this area of course there is also a major increase in the number of jerks. All kinds of previously empty areas of all kinds are now full of a **** lode of motorbikes.

I don't think most men mind very much, of course they prefer it if the woman is gorgeous, young and trim, but nonetheless it's not the kind of offense for a man that it is for a woman.

Well I certainly agree with that sentiment, and I definitely prefer not to be touched by strangers, and I do not enjoy being touched by a lady boy, so you're correct there.

I usually keep my wallet and cash in zipped pocket so they are relatively hard to lift casually.

My reference was to any man who touches a woman who is a complete stranger, or who is not in the industry and willing to be touched, can be referred to as us, meaning all men.

I was implying that we do not have the right to touch or fondle strangers ever, under any circumstances, without their permission and consent.
