Villas/condos In Phuket - Best Places To Rent

I race yachts in Phuket each year, and also travel down there with family from time to time.

Normally we stay in hotels and whatever, but this year, I'd like to rent a condo or villa in Kata area for the Kings CUp as we have more crew and people to look after. Period is about 9 days in early Dec.

However, i really don't know how to make contact with owners; contacting Raimon Land has led me to Kata Gardens and presumably the heights won't be finished in time.

Has anyone come across a good service for this sort of thing, or have people they know in the biz?

Totally confused as all the real estate developers have no real intent to rent out what they sell I think; contacting them they are either astronomically expensive and don't really rent anything, or don't return calls. Very odd this business i think ?!

ideal would be 4 double bedrooms plus a big luonge for people to crash in. Furnished, and within walking distance of the beach would be even better :-)
