They should name each scientist involved, make them give an end date. Then when that end date arrives, and nothing has happened, shoot them in the head. End date for running out of food and the world

  • Popular Post

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has faced criticism over several errors in its reports, particularly in the Fourth Assessment Report (AR4) and the Sixth Assessment Report (AR6).

Notable Errors in AR4 (2007)

  • Himalayan Glaciers: A claim that Himalayan glaciers could disappear by 2035 was based on a non-peer-reviewed source—a 1999 interview—and was later acknowledged as erroneous by the IPCC. The error stemmed from a misattribution, not a scientific projection. The IPCC issued a formal apology, stating procedures were not properly followed.

  • Netherlands Sea Level: The report incorrectly stated that more than half of the Netherlands is below sea level, based on flawed data from a Dutch government agency. The IPCC corrected this in an erratum.

Errors and Criticisms in AR6 (2021–2023)

  • Tropical Cyclones: A major error involved falsely claiming that human-caused climate change has been detected in the proportion of intense tropical cyclones (Category 3–5). This was based on a misinterpreted study and inserted into the report outside the peer-review process, according to an anonymous IPCC insider and confirmed by climate scientist Roger Pielke Jr.

  • Ocean Heat Uptake: The IPCC’s conclusion on accelerated ocean heat uptake relied heavily on a retracted 2018 paper by Resplandy et al., which had flawed data. Experts argue the confidence level in this finding should be reduced.

  • Climate Sensitivity: The IPCC raised the lower bound of climate sensitivity to 2.5°C, but critics (e.g., Clintel Foundation) argue this is not justified by evidence and that the true value is more likely below 2°C.

  • Use of "Grey Literature": The AR6 report cited unpublished student dissertations, press releases, and environmental NGO reports, raising concerns about the use of non-peer-reviewed sources.

Broader Criticisms

  • Bias and Cherry-Picking: The Clintel Foundation’s 180-page report, The Frozen Climate Views of the IPCC, claims the IPCC systematically ignores good news—such as a 95%+ decline in climate-related deaths since 1920 and decreasing normalized disaster losses—while overemphasizing worst-case scenarios like RCP8.5 (SSP5-8.5), which is now considered implausible.

  • Lack of Diverse Perspectives: Critics say the IPCC excludes scientists with differing views, such as Roger Pielke Jr., undermining the balance of scientific discourse.

We have been warned, and warned for a long time.

But those who control the world - the greedy billionaires and trillionaire businesses - choose to ignore the warnings, in a possible belief that their wealth will save them, maybe a life in a deep underground cavern.

Stupidity and ignorance seem to know no bounds for the human species.

Al Gore's CO2 emissions and energy use have been a subject of public scrutiny due to the disparity between his climate advocacy and personal energy consumption. His Nashville home, a 20-room mansion, reportedly consumed 230,889 kWh of electricity in a 12-month period, far exceeding the U.S. average of 901 kWh per month. This includes 66,159 kWh used solely to heat his swimming pool, equivalent to a year’s energy for six average American households. Critics highlight this as hypocrisy.

While Thunberg herself avoids air travel—famously crossing the Atlantic by sailboat to reduce her personal carbon footprint—her global activism involves extensive travel by train, car, and occasional flights. For example, a single flight from Europe to the U.S. can emit over 2,000,000 grams of CO₂, and her overall travel contributes to her carbon footprint.

I bet folks in Buffalo and Cleveland pray for the tipping point to knock temperatures up a little bit.

Gore owns multiple homes across the United States, including:

  • A large colonial home in Nashville, Tennessee, valued at approximately $7.5 million.

  • A Mediterranean-style residence in Montecito, California, valued at around $13 million.

  • A condo in the Regis Building in San Francisco, worth about $3 million.

  • A 6,207 square foot Tudor-style home in Arlington, Virginia, which he rents out for $9,000 per month.

  • A 400-acre farm in Carthage, Tennessee, where he currently resides.

Bill Gates owns a diverse portfolio of homes across the United States, reflecting his interests in technology, family, and privacy. His primary residence is Xanadu 2.0 in Medina, Washington, a 66,000-square-foot, tech-forward mansion valued at over $130 million. This estate, designed by architects James Cutler and Peter Bohlin, features a trampoline room, a 60-foot pool with an underwater sound system, a domed library with a Leonardo da Vinci manuscript, and spans 10.5 acres with multiple neighboring parcels for privacy.

In California, Gates owns several properties:

  • A Del Mar oceanfront estate (purchased in 2020 for $43 million), featuring 120 feet of beachfront, a tennis court, and a 10-person jacuzzi.

  • A Rancho Santa Fe equestrian compound (acquired between 2013–2019 for ~$59 million), including a 228-acre ranch with stables, a racetrack, and an olive orchard, primarily for his daughter Jennifer’s equestrian career.

  • A Indian Wells home (bought in 1999 for $12.5 million) within the exclusive Vintage Club, a private golf community.

In Florida, he owns:

  • A Wellington equestrian estate (totaling ~30 acres), including two mansions and training facilities for his daughter.

  • A former Hobe Sound villa (sold in 2013 for $5 million), and a Jupiter Island home (sold in 2018).

He also owns:

  • A Big Sky, Montana property at the Yellowstone Club, valued at $29.4 million (2024), used as a ski and golf retreat.

  • An Irma Lake Lodge in Wyoming (purchased in 2009 for $9 million), a 492-acre ranch with a historic cabin originally built by Buffalo Bill.

Bill Gates, John Kerry, and Kamala Harris—all prominent figures labeled as climate advocates—have purchased luxury beachfront properties despite publicly warning about rising sea levels.

  • John Kerry, the U.S. climate envoy, spent $11.75 million in 2017 on a sprawling estate in Martha’s Vineyard, overlooking the ocean, a property he has described as potentially vulnerable to sea level rise.

  • Bill and Melinda Gates paid $43 million for a beachfront home in Del Mar, California, a location they have warned could be threatened by rising oceans.

  • Kamala Harris, former Vice President, recently bought an $8.15 million mansion in Malibu’s Point Dume, a beachfront area cited by critics as being at risk from sea level rise.

Earth was warmer 4,300 years ago, particularly during the Holocene Climatic Optimum, a period of peak warmth that occurred roughly between 9,000 and 5,000 years ago. Around 4,300 years ago, global temperatures were likely 1–2°C warmer than today in many regions, especially in the Northern Hemisphere. This warming was driven by natural changes in Earth's orbit and axial tilt, which increased summer insolation (sunlight) in high latitudes.

  • Many rich leftists fly frequently, own multiple homes, and use private jets or large vehicles, contributing disproportionately to emissions. For example, the top 1% of global emitters are responsible for 76 times more emissions than the average person, according to a 2025 study.

  • Investment choices: Even those who advocate for climate justice often hold significant assets in fossil fuel companies or extractive industries. A 2023 Oxfam report found that 125 of the world’s richest billionaires invest heavily in polluting industries, emitting an average of 3 million tons of carbon annually each.

The evil doers are indeed changing the climate by geo-engineering.

And you don't think that anybody might be making millions or even billions out of this climate change scaremongering ?

We could start with all the "research" that has to be paid for, obviously those providing all these reports would not want to jeopardise the funding that pays their wages.

Then we could look at what all these stupid windmills, that never seem to be working cost,

And then for good measure we could look at all the "green levies" added on to electricity bills ( 25% in the UK i believe)

And finally the real elephant in the room , That the western developed world contributes a tiny fraction of the pollution claimed to cause this fictional "disaster" We will self flagellate over this until we are bankrupt , mean while the likes of china, India, and Brazil just carry on whilst justifiably laughing at us

Greta Thunberg has done quite well i believe, financially i mean , as opposed to the accuracy of her predictions, but in all fairness to the doom goblin in chief, they were not actually her predictions, she just repeated what others told her

Al gore exactly the same

Its just another crusade/ bandwagon for the bedwetters and blue haired , nose ringed brigade to jump onto , some people are only happy when moaning and whinging about a cause Trans rights , Ice , and "climate change" the holy trinity , and its the same brainwashed idiots protesting about each
