Tried to purchase Imac with Apple Thailand , with a Bkk bank Be 1st Debit card.
Rejected , phoned BKK bank , card ok , account ok , " try different browser " she said , tried 3 different browsers , same result.

Phoned Apple Thailand explained the situation , nice lady walked me through the order , " sorry your card is invalid ".
Telephone BKK bank explained my conversation , lady tells me "Apple.com does not accept Mastercard "
"But I have used it before on that site " I tell her , she tells me "they will investigate" . not holding my breath on that outcome.
Is it me or is the banking system becoming to much of a hassle.

I don't see Debit cards listed as a payment method. Credit cards or pay via ATM or over the counter.

It does on the payment page , it says Credit/ Debit and even has the Mastercard sign.

The glitch I think is this.
It says "Installment payment options are not available for Debit cards".

But when you come to actually pay there is no alternative to pay in Installments so it knows you are using a Debit card.

If the Debit card is not acceptable , which I am thinking is probably correct , then why is it in the payment criteria , and why did the lady on Apple customer service bot mention it , as I did tell her that my card was a Debit card.
