That's some pretty old tech, 2015 release. Might be time to upgrade. Depending how many lenses you have, and what used for now, as a good smart phone can handle a lot of photography needs now.

I'm a Sony fan, and @6400 is very nice. Get great results with the kit lens (SEL1650) that usually comes with it, or can upgrade to SEL18105G F4 which is excellent.

There's a Nikon service center in the Empire Tower on Sathorn road, also lots of camera shops on 2nd floor in Fortune Town mall near Rama 9.

I had the same experience with an earlier series D-5000 Nikon. Nikon Service wouldn't touch it. The shops at Mega Plaza checked it out and gave me a quote but it was more than half the value of the camera so not worth it. It's sad that most of todays hi-tech cameras, costing thousands for even entry level models are basically disposable. That the interior components are all modules of some sort that themselves cost thousands.

I dearly regret giving away my Olympus OM-1/OM-2 cameras and lenses which had served me without issue for 25 years.

I took my Nikon D 610 there a while ago. They were willing to fix it at about the same price it worth used, so I declined. However, there are shops selling used cameras in Fortune Town and MBK malls.
