It sounds like to take the DLT eLearning test online you need to provide your passport + your old drivers licenses. However, my US passport was renewed last year which means my new passport number doesn't match the number on my current (soon to expire) Thai DL. I've got the old passport, but not sure what fun I'll encounter with mismatched passport numbers when I attempt to renew and take the DLT eLearning.

Has anyone else run into this issue?

I've just renewed my Thai drivers license with a new passport. It's not a problem, the DLT understands that passport numbers change.

When I took the DLT eLearning test online, I just registered with my new passport number.
