my younger brother has a tattoo on his arm (in remembrance of our dad) that cant be seen when wearing a dress shirt.

My business partner from Hong Kong has several tattoos and has invested millions USD in Thailand.

So none of them should be able to enter Thailand?

Tattoo's in general have nothing to do with a persons character . It's a personal choice, some are for art, some in remembrance of someone (like my bother for our dad).

some to reflect something they achieved or overcome (like my neighbor).

These people covering their full body on tattoos should be put in an asylum. It is also a form of violence against those who do not like it. I personally feel disgusted when I see one of them, and most of the time they are westerners.
