Pro tip: In his situation, when OP goes to Jomtien Soi-5, first visit the copy shop close to Immigration on the 2nd rd end.

Can you give us a more precise location google map reference would be great TIA.

I still get a reminder a couple of weeks before the due date from the online reporting.

The notification did go missing for me a few months back but it appears to have been turned back on again since January

  • Perhaps not applicable in your case here, but letting folks know the 'reminder email message' sometimes has ended up in the junk folder. Best not to depend on that reminder. DIY reminding works best.

Did my visa extension yesterday at Nonthaburi…didn’t even have a copy of my 90 day report. I do it on the internet after they send me a reminder e- mail. They wanted a new TM30.

It took me 1.5 hours at my bank to get a printout of my account and the letter saying I own the account etc …giving someone a degree seemed to me a bit of a waste…..

Simple enough, it's the first copy shop left hand side as you enter Immigration.

Ohh ok so you mean the shop that is literally butting up to the ex car park

used to be Thai Aroi Dee restaurant in the google map view

I think the visa service place has taken that space and the restaurant moved.

But is that the same one that @dddave was talking about ???

Didn't know the copy place had all the immigration forms that is good to remember

when I was there the other day there was a long queue to get to the information desk a couple of people asked me how to get forms..it would have saved them a long wait if I had known so thanks for the info. 👍

No. The place I was referring to is about 20 meters towards 2nd rd, same side in a small business building with a pot shop next door.

Forms are normally B5 each. They will also take photos if needed, reasonable price, available in 5 minutes.
