My husband, daughter and I are looking for 3 bedrooms (or 2 and study)

plus maid's room for lease/rent in the THB 60,000 to 75,000/pm price

bracket.

Apartment with good size balcony/terrace, a house or

townhouse, all with pool.

Semi furnished or unfurnished. Mid Sukhumvit, Langsuan, Thong Lor and

beginning of Satorn Road near Lumpini Park are the areas we are

considering. One - two years contract.

I have been looking for similiar for a long time and did not find much via this forum.. Even the sponsors dont answer emails, which I find a little puzzling.

I would suggest contacting Khun Bee (rentals department) at Plus Property or Greg at Reliance - I have both their numbers and I dealt with both of them this week and they were really helpfull..

I saw a great place that would be right for you (with Khun Bee), I tried to negotiate down to 70k per month, but they stuck fast at 85k per month.. There might of been a little room for negotiation further, but it was above my budget... I will give you the info on that if you like... great location and it was a free standing two story "mansion" with some furniture, huge place or 480sqm if I remember correctly with swimming pool next door and security..

Kind of kicking myself I didnt take it in a way, but Greg at Reliance helped out and am grateful for his services offered..

Hi GPB, no problem. There are a lot of families living in this complex, I guess they feel shielded from all the Soi 7 craziness living in this compound. Good luck in your search.

oh GPB, i also have another unit - high floor - at All Seasons Mansion (in All Seasons Place where Conrad Hotel) on wireless road .. its 178sqm, 3bdrm with maids quarter, but will not be available until end 07 or jan08.
