Reading the article or other replies is too much effort I see. It's not illegal, there's no "carve-out". As the article explains, clearly, if you BOTHER TO READ IT. On the other hand when you see how the top corporations of the UK. USA and other developped nations were bootlicking Dubai, Qatar and other muslim nations of the Gulf, no wonder it is making things easier for them to take over the world. Look at a football match on TV (soccer for our US friends). When you see the attire of the players, It seems more like a commercial for some Gulf Airline then a normal game. So don't complain now as they have bought up much of the premium land, property and corporations in the UK and elsewhere in western Europe.

Not wishing to 'feed the bigotry train'... so thats exactly what I'm going to do while trying to pretend I'm no hypocrite....

Looked at apartments a number of years back - it was clear that the previous tenants had been cooking with a lot of spices - the smells of Fenugreek, Garam Masala, cloves were in every room - along with what might have been Nag Champa from joss sticks.

Obviously we didn't move there - but I'd be also very reticent to have anyone move into my place who would be 'regularly' cooking strong smelling foods - but that also goes for smoking cigars, weed, cigarettes etc.

We did rent a place out to a Korean lady - her cat trashed the place - she lost her deposit.

But - all of the above are solid reasons - though I think 'faith' using faith alone is as a reason is bigoted - But I don't think thats the case in this story.

If someone is Muslim - the won't want to be sharing with people who are drinking booze, cooking pork etc - I get it - it but I also wouldn't want to be living with someone who lacks that level of tolerance for my differences either.
