However, he says the following: "The name which has been forwarded to me has categorically never been Deputy Head of Mission at the United States Embassy. Nor can I find his name in my files and if I have ever written about him it should be there, whether its on my website or not. I have further checked all photo files, and documents, contacts, plus all correspondence. His name does not appear anywhere.

"Old credentials and bullet proof hosting'. That's interesting. This is a video from Bryan Flowers' YouTube smear hub. @lyingsporran. Part of what Flowers describes as 'generational revenge'. Flowers is upset with Ultrahost because it is European, as is Drummond, and does not acknowledge DMCA Digital Millenium Copyright Act notices.

Accordingly Flowers sought to have several images taken down from Drummond's website under the DCM Act. And failed. These included photos he clearly did not have the copyright for including a police issue photo of his police fixer on the eastern seaboard. All Flowers images of Drummond are either directly from Drummond's social media, or ai versions of it putting him in bars in Soi 6 and the like - including the one above.

What is really funny about his DMCA claims is that he is claiming copyright on Facebook Messenger conversations with the investor Adam Howell, mentioned in the title to this thread. These are screenshots of a seven year dialogue, much of which are Flowers contributions of gay and ladyboy porn. unusable of couirse. But Drummond showed conversations in which Flowers was distributing new young recruits including under-aged girls and in once case a virgin to his investors and favoured staff to have a go at first.

Drummond says he will not provide these original conversations to me as this site may not be DMCA protected. But here for instance is Flowers' claim for copyright on his statement 'Can you bang a virgin for us?' to Howell. The offer was refused but taken up by the Night Wish photographer. Flowers address in Coventry and telephone number have been edited out.

Flowers claims: "Taken from internal work created by staff" After seeing that Flowers UK lawyers let him go.

It was a post off Drummonds YT site, what a failure that was, no idea about the subject filmed through a milk bottle. Why upload rubbish like that with not even a commentary? I know very little about Flowers other than he's another of Drumond's Pattaya obsessions, never met him and certainly not my boss.

On what evidence do you claim western reporters and ngo's are trying to get the bars closed down. None. However recent government announcements cracking down on foreigners who put their businesses in the names of Thai nominees has caused one British run operation - the Night Wish Group- to dissolve and fire all its foreigners who had been illegally employed as bar managers in Pattaya Soi 6 for over 10 years. So yes, this opens up job opportunities for Thais which previously had been closed to them by a foreigner.

The video is poorly made. It attempts to use guilt by association by criticizing UltraHost.

1) Let me quote a line from the video: “Ultrahost openly offers DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act).” I have provided a screenshot with closed captions enabled.

DMCA is a federal law, and Ultrahost, being a US company, must comply with it. If copyrighted material is posted on UltraHost, someone can file a complaint, and it needs follow the DMCA framework.

2) UltraHost is not considered bulletproof hosting, which typically are in shady countries like Russia.

I have no personal stake in this situation and I am unfamiliar with the players involved. After watching the YouTube video, it seems to me that someone has a strong bias against Drummond and is unjustly attacking him with false information, as I demonstrated in this video.
