I think people moaning about the emojis is hilarious. I say we keep the emojis, but we should see which leftists who posts all the thumbs-down emojis.

Only positives and question mark. This leaves those who are cowardly and the few trolls to explain themselves, if they can, when they dislike a post. Question mark can have some not understanding, or

Should have a "Waffle/Blether o <deleted>e" emoji for those posters doing more than a hundred posts in a week, same crap daily gets very tedious!!

Sounding a bit Greta Thunberg-ish now.

There seems to be a lot of that here on the forum.

Yes....

And, the ThumbsDown has been placed on the forum for their use, the people who are bent upon hanging onto hatred and bad feelings.

Every time you see a ThumbsDown Emoji, just say to yourselves: There goes another hater, sounding off.

The ThumbsDown Emoji needs to be removed.

I'm okay with it. Miserable people need an outlet too. We should cater for all types.

Yes.

Everywhere actually. Don't sweat the small stuff is a book series.

Coming from you, that is patently ridiculous 😊 Together with your 'bird of a feather' @Hummin , you are possibly the most thin skinned individuals on the whole forum 😊

@ CharlieH

Might be time to wind this up, Emoji's have been restarted and the ongoing nonsense is just nonsense.

It’s a state of mind, therefore anywhere for that matter.

Rocky, instead of acting the same way you always have, like your friend/enemy here, and placing thumbs downs on my posts when they aren't about you, explain yourself. Without the usual one liners. It's still stalking when you do this, and trying to use false justification like it's about my content doesn't work as the mods are pretty slick.

So Rocky and Isme both give you thumbs down. Pathetic!

Who put you in charge? just don't read the thread

What some seemingly do not understand is that, very often, at least in MY case....

Nonsense sells ads.

In addition, the "NONSENSE" that Carroll Spouted made him famous and beloved, throughout the entire world.

Furthermore, reading nonsense can teach us about the many advantages of seeing our world in less than Black and White terms.

Overly rigid thinking derives from the inability to appreciate the many-splendored nuances which help to enrich our meager existence.

I do not understand rigid thinking.

One might as well be completely ossified of mind.

This is, so far, a good and valuable Topic.

Are you okay? What has it to do with you?

Are you suggesting that people should not gives a Thumbs Down to content with which they disagree?

What genuinely might be interpreted as pathetic, is your entirely pointless interjection.

I think the throw up emoji would be great! It is very expressive.

We reinstated the ability for members to see who is posting emjois as requeested in this topic, it was said this would run until the end of the month.

It was explained previously why this was removed, and here, today, isd a typical example of why the emojis were removed because of this type of behaviour.....

"just went through my posts and awarded me at least 6 thumbs down in a row. I'm sure you will agree that I will do the same favour to him, though I may not stop at 6"

The change so we can see who is responsible for the emojis was the best change I've seen in years. If someone keeps messaging about it and becoming a pest just ignore them.

I've noticed far less thumbs down being used than before, people are thinking more before doing it, this is a good thing

Oh dear, then if incognito emoji's are reinstated, I can expect to see many more thumbs down in my collection.

Oh well, at least it's been a quiet month for me 😏

That's unbelievable. I can't get my head around adults behaving like that.

Yes would be a pity due to some pest BMs

I vote to keep the ability to see who posted the emoji's

people with thin skins who moan to moderators about a thumbs down vote need to grow up.

I get far less thumbs down. Only need 2 emojis really - champion and laughing. No need for many positive ones and negative ones cause arguments.
