Yaxley Lennon Detained at Heathrow under Counter Terrorism Laws.

It was understood the far-right activist, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, was stopped and had his phones seized under section 3 of the Counter-Terrorism Border Security Act 2019’

He is of course begging for donations to fund his legal defense. I suggest waiting to see what’s on his devices before donating

The government will do anything to lift him, once there is no evidence he should sue the Government for harrisment.

Read your own garbage. He was detained and then let go. Not arrested.

Can't for the life of me imagine these particular phones are genuine in the sense they are the ones he uses on a regular basis.

Even my kids, travelling to the US use "clean" phones.

He should have stayed in safe Russia.

My esteem for him dropped when he went to israel.

I guess hate for muslims can make you do stupid things.

You right, this is nothing like arresting the country’s most renowned investigative journalist to lower the temperature.

So, have they let him go, or is he still banged up? 🤞

Wow that tyrant Starmer is really harassing this Tommy Robinson cat.

Should sue them for false imprisonment man

I understand the UK hasn't actually charged Tommy. They just arrested him, questioned him, seized his devices and let him go. So they're using terrorism laws to spy on a peaceful political dissident. They're not even pretending not to abuse the law.

"Peaceful political dissident". Good one! And to think there are people out there who might actually believe you meant that.

And he has an Irish passport and lives in Benidorm - whilst grifting for Russia , Israel and anybody else who will pay his bills and coke habit. It's a football hooligan done well who stirs up the pot and then stands back whilst some hapless bonehead racist gets egged on top commit riot and get banged up. Apparently Rupert Lowe would welcome him to Restore (he hates Farage and reckons he has dirt on him that could destroy him !) but I reckon he like to run his won grifts not do actual political grass roots spade work that Rupert seems to have an appetite for.

You probably believe that - that Sir Keir is on par with Stalin - what world have I woken up into - what fresh madness is this ? BTW they have done that to Craig Murray and numerous pro-Palestine activists - it's pretty much standard now for the state to go on fishing expeditions where activists of whatever stripe are lifted at the borders for a shake-down. SYL should be proud that our borders are being well policed.

What an utterly ridiculous thing to say.

The legislation that he was held under might be recent, but its always been the case, that when you pass through customs, they can and will detain you for non-customs related matters. Happened to my late dad about 1990. His job took him a lot into Pakistan, and back then, to Peshawar. He came back to Heathrow, was transiting to Glasgow, but customs pulled him over and proceeded to read through all of his business correspondence, questioning why he was in Pakistan.

Additionally, if you flew from Belfast to GB, you will always pass through a special gate where there were Special Branch on duty to take you to one side.

He makes it hard for himself traveling under the name "Paul Harris"

He's chosen to take up the citizenship of another country. I back the idea, held by a number of countries, that after the age of 18, you need to decide who's citizenship you are going to hold, and drop/denounce all others. One cannot be loyal to both the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

It's been as long as I remember customs/immigration can ask for your phone. As for dual citizenship, your saying every country worldwide should not allow it?

Why was Lennon in Russia in the first place. He traveled there with Candace Owens; Errol Musk, father of Elon; and influencers Andrew and Tristan Tate. He told the Guardian that he had travelled to Moscow “to see how this country got itself so well on to the straight and narrow and see the beauty of a civilised society here", which sounds remarkably similar to all those Western communists who traveled to the Soviet Union in the 1930s to see how great it was.

On the face of it, he was consorting with a hostile power conducting hybrid warfare against the United Kingdom.

Errol Musk, a South African national, was in Moscow at the invitation of the Russian government, attending a Russian version of Davos. Among other things, including praising Putin, and attending meetings organised by Alexander Dugin, Musk was there to discuss resettlement plans for Afrikaners inside Russia.

But that plan isn't going down well in Russia

https://novayagazeta.eu/en/articles/2026/06/05/honoured-guest-unwanted-visitor-en

Who invited Lennon to Russia? He obviously didn't just go for a sight seeing trip, and just happened to bump into Musk. Maybe something had to be said to him in person, that couldn't be emailed, PM'd.

The proverbial useful idiot who is just a sniffhead moron who takes the based and trad Russian potemkin village at entirely face value. I don't really get how he squared that with burning warships and oil terminals in St Pidorsburg while he was there, but then again he is really <deleted> stupid

Well, 30+ years ago, most people didn't own a phone, so I suppose you are about 40 years old or less, hanging around on a forum full of old gippers on their final lap. Most of this lot will kick it before their 3 score and 10, due to lifestyle choices.

Yes, no one should have dual citizenship. And that includes those Brits living in Italy etc.

A good friend of mine, a consultant surgeon in the NHS. Got wife, kids, a house, dog, the works in England. But he's Malaysian. He's said he has no intention of taking British citizenship, because that would require him to denounce his birth citizenship, due to Malaysian law.

One cannot be loyal to two masters. Jack Letts was stripped of his British citizenship, for consorting with a power hostile to the UK.. There is little political support for this position however.

So, you favour violence .

Would you applaud Tommy for using violence against a much smaller man ?

Yes, people use 'burner' phones for this very reason!

In certain and carefully prescribed situations - this being one. He's not a 'big' man in any respect. Another oldy but goodie...and wingeing to the Old Bill when it suits him.

So you agree with violence when its your side doing the attacking and winning and you change to being a pacifist when your side is being attacked and losing

Who is married to a Jew and brings up his children as Jewish. He would no doubt be sending them to the camps whilst trying to push his wife into the oven when she was baking !

Yeah I'll take that seeing Tomeee getting his head kicked or nicked or in jail in is a guilty pleasure in an otherwise peaceful state of mind.
