I never said I was an expert on anything. That I know a lot about specific topics is from experience and researching. Many agree with me as can be seen daily here. After 69 years anyone should be educated on certain things, and some here show that on topics. Thais like farangs who speak Thai and fit in with the culture. Some are shy, some are outgoing. Several Thai ladies have flirted with me cause I speak Thai and joked with them. These were normal workers not bargirls.

Thais like foreigners that respect them and their culture. I have women talking to me every day, and some flirting, but I know their agenda and I already have a girlfriend so it's a moot point. I've always been approachable both here and back home, as a snob I've never been. I don't go to tourist spots besides when I went with my ex or girlfriend for the beaches.

Very easy to improve your reputation here. Stopping the insults and assuming things and more people would interact with you. Some can never change from damage in their pasts, and appreciating when a man does the right things with women and children goes a long way.

The problem people have with Trump is that he has the power to help Americans and all other countries, and he does things that are hurting the economy, and that ego has him thinking all his choices are perfect ones, when they aren't. You can't alienate other countries without losing something, and his negotiations need to be less severe and more democratic. America first doesn't mean doing things that hurt other countries,as they all need each other. Letting other countries take advantage of yours also doesn't work.

You are projecting your own issues. Leaders in every country are hated by 50 to 70% of people. Replace the leader and the hate continues onto to new guy or gal. The hate stems from internal conflict and the belief that their happiness relies on others. Mostly just jealousy.

That's more what I thought Pattaya would be like, but all over. Without it being paying every time, but I don't know if I will get that much, like someone said I'm older now and no longer in college. From the website the setting and interactions seem to be more natural as well, laid back and less oriented, which is the vibe I appreciate. Looks to be on the Darkside in the quieter area of town.

Maybe I should try something like that out for a month. Has anyone stayed there?

3. It's quiet with people in their rooms. Many of the rooms seem empty with lights off in one of the newest/best buildings in the area.
4. Freelancers looking at their phones who shun eye contact or simple greetings in the elevator.
5. Older guys kind of just sitting around in various venues not saying much and not really having much to say.
6.. A lot of India type guys who are not very friendly outside of their own group.

It just increasingly seems to me that it's not a happy casual place. You do have the high octane nightlife, women and company in nightlife areas but it only seems to happen under that particular umbrella where there is an obvious financial gain there, not as a natural interaction. I hope I am making sense.

You might have chosen the wrong destination — 1 to 5 fits where I live, unfortunately you might get disappointed over number 6 is missing — try a Samui-trip for about a week and check if you can enjoy a party island full of younger happy folks, some in age and others in mind...🥳
