I am not sure where this query belongs. It will have been asked a thousand times before in this forum but I cannot find it!

ROUGHLY how much would I have to pay for the following ?

an appartment

-with one or two bedrooms (separate living area)

-air-conditioning

-comfortable but not luxurious

-on Skytrain route

If this topic has been discussed recently, maybe someone could point me in the right direction

Thanks.

Between 2.5 to 11 million Bahts. Examples, 2.5m for 1 bedroom condo in Soi Aree, 11m for 2 bedroom condo in Soi Lang Suan.

DF358 - Thanks, that was the kind of rough figure I wanted.

UPU2 - Who is the sponsor? I have found information in the forum on buying a condo in Bangkok but it appears to be anonymous.

Couldn't remember the name - that's why I phrased it in that manner.

Have flicked back and forth several times, hoping to see it, but no luck. Only Bangkok Serviced Apartments, which is rental.

I live outside BKK, at Bang Phli, place called Thana City along the Bang Na - Trat road (km 15). Two bedroom apartments sell for 2 - 2.5 million. Right next to the new airport. Golf course attached - Greg Norman design. There are better apartments in the place, transport is a problem, but if you are here for a few years, travelling on business, it will be good value.

Prices will go up when the airport opens - think about it. I am.
