I recieved a second offer through my solicitor to buy my contract this week for my1 bedroom on level 17.

About 1 month ago I had an offer from someone through Grande Asset. Both would have been a nice tidy profit but...not for sale

Anyone else had these enquires?

Thanks for that Fletch. You're not wrong, it's been a hair raising experience buying from Grande Assett but finally the light at the end of the tunnel is growing very near.

would never deal with this company...they are always playing shenaigans with the books and their investors and customers. their big 6-star "the sails" hotel and condo project in jomtien beach, pattaya, has apparently gone tits-up recently.
