Mitsubishi Spares

Featured Replies

I own a Mitsubishi G-Wagon and I am having problems with the electronic control system associated with its 4-wheel drive; a new solenoid and sensor are needed. I know of another owner of a similar vehicle who had the same problem also.

I live in Pattaya and the car was assempled at the MMC plant in Laem Chabang......just a few kilometres up the road from Pattaya. My local Mitsubishi dealer has ordered the replacement parts with a delivery time of TWO weeks. The order has been placed electronically with the Mitusbishi Spares Distribution Centre in Bangkok. Whether or not the spares are held there isn't relative.....it's the time for delivery to the local Mitsubishi dealer that appalls me. I had a similar wait for a replacement rear wiper arm (not the rubber wiper blade) for the car.

Is this delivery delay unusual and only applicable to Mitsubishi or is it a feature of the after sales spare part service for other makes?

My Thai friend is a Senor Salesman for the largest Car & Truck part in Thailand, he says anything order before 10am is sent the same day for next day delivery ..

Large Parts are sent every week by Company Truck from BKK to the East
